• Content you create: posts, media uploads, schedules, tags
• Connected channel tokens and profile metadata required to publish
• Technical logs: IP, browser, and error diagnostics for security

3. How we use data

We use data to operate the service: authenticate you, schedule and publish posts, store media, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

Content is sent to social networks you connect, under your instruction. Infrastructure providers (hosting, email, object storage) may process data solely to run MySosmed. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account; residual backups may persist for a limited period for disaster recovery.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting support.

8. Children

MySosmed is not directed at children under 16. Do not register if you are under that age.
