By creating an account or using MySosmed (mysosmed.ai), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MySosmed is a social media scheduling and publishing platform. Features may change. Some channels require you to connect third-party accounts and accept those platforms' terms.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, violate law, or harm other users.
You retain ownership of content you upload or schedule. You grant MySosmed a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service (including publishing to connected channels on your instruction).
You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or use MySosmed to spam or violate third-party platform rules.
Connecting Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other networks is optional and subject to those providers' APIs and policies. We are not liable for changes, outages, or enforcement actions by those platforms.
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, or force majeure may occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MySosmed and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
